The GAF President’s Club Award: What You Need to Win

After all, you have a lot of competition and some homeowners would be wary of trusting a new contractor. With that in mind, many contractors are looking for ways to prove their reliability by earning as many awards and ratings as they can. One of these awards is the GAF President’s Club Award.

Award Requirements
Like any award, there are certain requirements that contractors need to fulfill in order to obtain it. For starters, roofers must be an eligible GAF Master Elite Contractor and they must adhere to the requirements that have been set forth by Master Elite Program Agreement. Afterwards, since the award is earned every year starting on January 1 and ending on December 31, contractors must complete all qualifying activities during this timeframe.
Qualification Criteria
To earn the award, residential and commercial roofing contractors can choose between three pathways. The first is the Performance Pathway, which recognizes contractors who participate in activities that give a property owner the best possible services, quality, and protection.
The criteria for this pathway is that a contractor must install and register 50 Golden Pledge Ltd. Warranties, achieve a minimum two consecutive years of the Triple Excellence Award and they must also achieve a minimum of 4.5 consumer rating throughout the qualifying year.
The second pathway that contractors can consider is the Reliability Pathway criteria, which recognizes roofers who have a long history of offering customers the best quality and protection. The criteria for this pathway is that they must have at least seven consecutive years of installing and registering 10 Golden Pledge Ltd. Warranties every year including the qualifying year.
The third and final pathway, on the other hand, is the Service Pathway, which is for contractors who consistently offer customers the best protection available in the marketplace. For this pathway, they must install and register a warranty revenue in excess of $60,000 during the qualifying year.
